There is a high severity security vulnerability affecting a software driver used in HP, Xerox, and Samsung. The security flaw was tracked as CVE-2021-3438 in the SSPORT.SYS driver. The issue is a buffer overflow in a print driver installer that enables remote access and arbitrary code execution. A buffer overflow in the software drivers could possibly lead to getting your printer administrator rights hacked.
